The first part studies the impact of the large market on the behavior and structure of companies (economies of scale, optimization of investment, specializations, restructuring, etc.).
The second part analyzes the impact of the single currency and monetary and financial integration on business management. This teaching, given in theoretical and applied form, should make it possible to understand the management strategies of modern business taking into account the evolution of the European and international context.
Mr. Alain Buzelay is Professor Emeritus at the University of Lorraine, member of Cerefige (European Center for Research in Financial Economics and Business Management) and holder of a Jean Monnet Chair ad personam
He is a lecturer at the European University Center in Nancy, at the University of Paris I Panthéon - Sorbonne and at the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences (Fasse) of the Catholic Institute of Paris.
He is also an international expert for the evaluation of universities (Qualitas - Ceenqa, Düsseldorf)
