This professionalisation course aims at preparing student to work as consultants. Consulting missions case studies with students in class.
It is complementary to the Lean Management course taught by Dominique Forceville.

TEACHER
Sebastien Desideri is a graduate from Master GEAI (1998-1999 promotion). He has 16 years of experience in consulting in strategy, organization, and change management, for both public and private companies, such as Peat Marwick and MENSIA Conseil.
In 2014, he founded IPSE Conseil, a consulting firm specialized in strategy and organization.
He also joined Malakoff Médéric Group in 2015 and participates in the development of the group’s internal consulting branch.
