The objective of this course is to offer students a complete overview of the fundamentals of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

The approach is transversal through the processes:

- Going through product development, marketing, purchasing and
supplies, production, distribution and returns of goods and performance improvement.

- It puts into perspective the financial, environmental and social challenges for a company, both internally and externally.

- The theoretical part is constantly illustrated by business cases related to the news of the Supply Chain.

TEACHER

Patrice Floret is a temporary professor at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He has 37 years of activity in the field of Supply Chain in sectors ranging from Retail to Chemistry. Trained at Centrale Lille, he also works as a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain and Information Systems at Metis Consulting.
