OUR PROGRAM

In the Information Society Law course, we will look at one part of this law, which is intellectual property. Intellectual property allows the innovator or creator to profit from his innovations or creations. Every innovator asks himself whether or not to patent his invention. In the same way, every creator asks himself the question of whether or not to protect his creation thanks to the trademark, the drawing and model, and/or the copyright. This course thus aims to shed light on the intellectual property issues that may arise for management and economics students in their future professional careers and can be seen as a complement to the Entrepreneurship and Creativity Workshop.

In this course we will deal with patents, trademarks, designs and copyright from a theoretical point of view, but also from a practical point of view through concrete and real case studies of companies or creators.
