OUR PROGRAM

This course aims to provide knowledge on company valuation, and to allow answering the following questions: “Is the company profitable?” “How much does it cost?”. These key questions are nowadays central in our complex and globalized economy, for both public and private companies. Financial questions include altogether industrial strategies, value creation and forecasts, considering the increasing role of financing tools and their impact on capital structures.
The course is divided in two parts: Financial analysis and company valuation.

Profitability analysis based on public (CAC 40) and private (Private Equity) companies.

Valuation methods based on traditional approaches and their sensitivity, as well as more advanced valuation methods.

TEACHER

Christophe leverages more than 10 years of experience performing business and asset valuation assignments in transactional, tax and regulatory contexts. He is currently a director in the Valuation Advisory practice at Kroll (ex-Duff & Phelps).
Before that, Christophe served as a senior manager in valuation and business modeling at NG Finance. Before that, he held the title of senior analyst at KPMG and SGCIB in Paris and New York.
He lectures on advanced asset pricing and corporate finance topics at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, ESCP Business School, Sciences Po Paris and IAE Paris.
