This data protection policy applies whenever there is:
Use of one of the Master GEAI's online services:
Whether on a website, intranet (forms, cookies, ...) or digital work environment;
Through social networks;
Any type of exchange (mail, sms, paper or electronic form, ...);
Or on mobile apps.
Participation in a training or event;
Response to a request from the Master GEAI as alumni, speaker, partner or supplier.
The Master GEAI website contains links that may redirect to third-party pages that have their own privacy and cookie management policies. The policy of these third parties should be consulted and the Master GEAI disclaims any responsibility for the privacy practices implemented by these third parties.

To satisfy its proper functioning, the Master GEAI is required to implement and use the processing of personal data relating to its prospects, candidates, customers, alumni, speakers, partners, companies and organizations:< /p>
Prospects" means anyone potentially interested in a course or an event;
Candidates" means anyone interested in a course and having started to complete an application file;
Clients" means any person who has confirmed their registration or any person who has had their registration confirmed by their company, where applicable, following an admission process, whether by payment of down payment or by signing a contract or financial file;
The Student", any person enrolled in a diploma course from the Grande Ecole or the MBA;
Third-party payers" means the natural or legal person managing all or part of the financing of a Client's training;
Alumni" refers to any person who has followed a degree course or not, who has completed their training or not;
Stakeholders" means any person in charge of a pedagogical service whether they are employees of the Master GEAI or not;
The "Partners" means the companies or organizations with which the GEAI Master has a contractual partnership relationship, particularly in the context of training.
User" represents all populations.
1. Data typology
The typology of non-technical data is as follows:
Civil status (surname, first name, address, date and place of birth, nationality, title);
Means of contact (telephone, email address, social network identifiers, postal address);
Preferred means of contact;
Academic courses (diplomas, specialties obtained, years obtained, language and management levels, scores in GMAT-type tests, language level, etc.);
Previous professional experience (title of position(s) or internship(s), functions, responsibilities, companies, salary level);
Where applicable, data relating to the payment (postal or bank identity statement, check number and/or elements linked to the bank card and, where applicable, transaction number, details of the service subscribed);< /p>
Any element related to cohort monitoring during training and/or its outcome (employer, position, salary, etc.).
The typology of technical data is as follows:
IP address;
Browsing data (pages visited, route, duration, etc.);
Browser-related data (browser type, plugin, etc.);
Preferences (languages used, …).
2. Data collected
As part of its relationship with the User, the Master GEAI collects technical data relating to its navigation on our website.
The Master GEAI collects and processes data similarly according to User categories.
3. Data origin
The data comes mainly from direct collection via:
Browsing and data entered through, in particular, the collection forms or questionnaires of the various GEAI Master's websites and/or third-party tools;
Paper forms;
The creation of an account or personal space on one of our sites or applications;
The information provided by Prospects, Candidates or Clients during Forums, Master classes, fairs, computerized or paper forms before, during and after the course;
An application or registration for one of our programs;
But also indirect collections via our academic, corporate and technical partners.
4. Data Enrichment
The Client is informed that the sharing of data will take place between our information sites and our application or admission sites. Following his admission, we will ask him to reread and, if necessary, correct his data in order to be able to carry out his administrative registration.
5. Mandatory data
Only the data necessary for the purpose of the processing will be collected.
When collecting personal data through online or paper forms or questionnaires, the fields whose entry is mandatory are indicated.
In the absence of data entry for the mandatory fields, the service linked to this collection may not be provided or the application or access to the service may not be fully estimated. These optional fields help to process requests more efficiently.
1. Legal basis
The legal basis depends on the processing:
Related to compliance with the legal obligations of the Master GEAI,
Related to the consent of the data subject,
Necessary to safeguard the vital interests of the data subject,
Related to the legitimate interest of the Master GEAI.
The Master GEAI requests permission from the person concerned to transmit its marketing communications or to accept subscription to its newsletters. The User may freely object to this processing by unsubscribing via a simple click on the "unsubscribe" or "unsubscribe" link which is present in the Master GEAI's communications.
2. Purposes
The purpose of collecting this information is to enable:
The implementation of prospecting and advertising operations relating to the programs, activities or events organized by the Master GEAI or its community and the subscription to the newsletters of the Master GEAI;

The collection of the apprenticeship tax;
Management of the relationship with companies;
The transmission of data to companies, in particular the CV, Partners;
The establishment of statistics.
3. Purpose other than that provided for in this policy
If the Master GEAI wishes to implement further processing of personal data for a purpose other than that for which the personal data was collected, the Master GEAI first provides Users with information about this other purpose and any other relevant information.
The data retention period is defined by the Master GEAI with regard to the legal and contractual constraints that weigh on it and, failing that, according to its needs. This duration may vary depending on the category of data or processing concerned or the profile of the User.
The Master GEAI will keep the data for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
Some data will be anonymized. They may be kept by the Master GEAI without time limit.
1. Subcontractors
The Master GEAI ensures that personal data is only accessible to authorized internal or external recipients.
2. Communication of data to third parties
Internally, only the relevant departments of the Master GEAI will have access to the User's data, within the limits of their respective powers.
3. Association of former students of the Master GEAI
For Customers of degree courses, the Master GEAI will transfer the personal data of Customers to the association of former students of the Master GEAI (GEAI Alumni). The Customer may oppose this by sending an email to mastergeai.sorbonne@gmail.com (subject: STOP GEAI Alumni Transfer).
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and French law 78-17 as amended, known as the Data Protection Act, the User has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete their data. of a personal nature and a right of opposition for legitimate reasons by writing to the Master GEAI by sending an email to mastergeai.sorbonne@gmail.com specifying in the subject of the mail "Rights of persons" and attaching a copy of 'a proof of identity.
These are individual rights that can only be exercised by the person concerned in relation to their own information: for security reasons, the department concerned will therefore have to verify their identity in order to avoid any communication of confidential information. about it to another person.

2. User's right of rectification
In the event of a request for rectification, it will be forwarded to the department concerned and the Master GEAI will inform the User that this rectification has been made.
3. User's right to erasure
Any request for deletion of data by the User will be studied in order to determine whether or not it is appropriate to carry out this deletion. The User's right to erasure will not be applicable in the event that the processing is implemented to meet a legal obligation. Some data is necessary for the follow-up of the training.
If our processing required the User's consent, the latter may withdraw it at any time.
4. User's right to control and use
Under the same conditions, the User has the right to control the use of his data by writing to the same address.
The Master GEAI reserves the right to contact the Prospect or Client by means of the communication of its choice: telephone, SMS, email (including via the Client's personal address if the latter provides it), social networks, etc., the Client may request that a means of communication not be used by the Master GEAI, by sending his request to mastergeai.sorbonne@gmail.com (subject: STOP Means of communication).
The management of uses is also formalized by the possibility of requesting:
The restriction of the processing of the Master GEAI (for example, that the Master GEAI no longer contacts the person who has undergone training to offer him similar offers or services);

5. Right to data portability
