To satisfy its proper functioning, the Master GEAI is required to implement and use the processing of personal data relating to its prospects, candidates, customers, alumni, speakers, partners, companies and organizations:< /p>
 • Prospects" means anyone potentially interested in a course or an event;
 • Candidates" means anyone interested in a course and having started to complete an application file;
 • Clients" means any person who has confirmed their registration or any person who has had their registration confirmed by their company, where applicable, following an admission process, whether by payment of down payment or by signing a contract or financial file;
 • The Student", any person enrolled in a diploma course from the Grande Ecole or the MBA;
 • Third-party payers" means the natural or legal person managing all or part of the financing of a Client's training;

 • Stakeholders" means any person in charge of a pedagogical service whether they are employees of the Master GEAI or not;

The typology of non-technical data is as follows:
 • Civil status (surname, first name, address, date and place of birth, nationality, title);

The data comes mainly from direct collection via:
 • Browsing and data entered through, in particular, the collection forms or questionnaires of the various GEAI Master's websites and/or third-party tools;
 • Paper forms;
 • The creation of an account or personal space on one of our sites or applications;

The Master GEAI requests permission from the person concerned to transmit its marketing communications or to accept subscription to its newsletters. The User may freely object to this processing by unsubscribing via a simple click on the "unsubscribe" or "unsubscribe" link which is present in the Master GEAI's communications.
 
2. Purposes
 
The purpose of collecting this information is to enable:
 • The implementation of prospecting and advertising operations relating to the programs, activities or events organized by the Master GEAI or its community and the subscription to the newsletters of the Master GEAI;
